Then school started again, and I have only 3 more months. I have now decided upon what to study next year. Not really a big surprise, I am studying informatics at the university in Oslo, UiO. More exactly, the design, use, and interaction part of the subject. Where I will get a Bachelor’s degree.

I have also started gaming a whole lot more, you see, as you all know, I got my self Skyrim, witch I still super awesome, if you wondered.
About a month ago I was at the game store, because my best friend was buying Civilization V, and I was not really getting anything.
Turns out that they had a sale..
Walked out with three new games and a wallet.
Bought Oblivion (already played it quite a lot, but it was the Oblivion 5th Anniversary Edition with two expansion packs, map and a movie with ‘in the making’-clips, ok! DON’T JUDGE ME), Portal 2 and Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows, part 2.
The wallet was the best thing, really;

Anyways, I have played these games, a lot. On top of the usual WoW and Skyrim.
I keep busy, if you cache my drift.

Twas the night before Christmas and Santa’s a wreck…
How to live in a world that’s politically correct?
His workers no longer would answer to “Elves”,
“Vertically Challenged” they were calling themselves.
And labor conditions at the North Pole,
were alleged by the union, to stifle the soul.

Four reindeer had vanished without much propriety,
released to the wilds, by the Humane Society.
And equal employment had made it quite clear,
that Santa had better not use just reindeer.
So Dancer and Donner, Comet and Cupid,
were replaced with 4 pigs, and you know that looked stupid!

The runners had been removed from his beautiful sleigh,
because the ruts were deemed dangerous by the EPA,
And millions of people were calling the Cops,
when they heard sled noises upon their roof tops.
Second-hand smoke from his pipe, had his workers quite frightened,
and his fur trimmed red suit was called “unenlightened”.

To show you the strangeness of today’s ebbs and flows,
Rudolf was suing over unauthorized use of his nose.
He went to Geraldo, in front of the Nation,
demanding millions in over-due workers compensation.

So…half of the reindeer were gone, and his wife
who suddenly said she’d had enough of this life,
joined a self help group, packed and left in a whiz,
demanding from now on that her title was Ms.

And as for gifts…why, he’d never had the notion
that making a choice could cause such commotion.
Nothing of leather, nothing of fur…
Which meant nothing for him or nothing for her.
Nothing to aim, Nothing to shoot,
Nothing that clamored or made lots of noise.
Nothing for just girls and nothing for just boys.
Nothing that claimed to be gender specific,
Nothing that’s warlike or non-pacifistic.

No candy or sweets…they were bad for the tooth.
Nothing that seemed to embellish upon the truth.
And fairy tales…while not yet forbidden,
were like Ken and Barbie, better off hidden,
for they raised the hackles of those psychological,
who claimed the only good gift was one ecological.

No baseball, no football…someone might get hurt,
besides – playing sports exposed kids to dirt.
Dolls were said to be sexist and should be passe.
and Nintendo would rot your entire brain away.

So Santa just stood there, disheveled and perplexed,
he just couldn’t figure out what to do next?
He tried to be merry he tried to be gay,
but you must have to be careful with that word today
His sack was quite empty, it was flat on the ground,
nothing fully acceptable was anywhere to be found.

Something special was needed, a gift that he might,
give to us all, without angering the left or the right.
A gift that would satisfy – with no indecision,
each group of people in every religion.
Every race, every hue,
everyone, everywhere…even you!
So here is that gift, it’s price beyond worth…

SEVEN WAYS TO BE ANNOYING DURING CHRISTMAS.

1. Sit in a corner in the fetal position rocking back and forth chanting, “Santa Claus is coming to town, Santa Claus is coming to town…”

2. Hang a stocking with your roommate’s name on it. Collect coal and sharp objects in it.

3. Paint your nose red and wear antlers. Constantly complain about how you never get to join in any of the reindeer games.

4. Sing “All I want for Christmas is your two front teeth…”

5. Make anatomically correct gingerbread people and eat the best parts first.

6. Smoke mistletoe. Do what comes naturally.

7. Take some miniature marshmallows and put them in a little bag. Attach a note to the bag that has a picture of a snow man and this poem; “’You have been naughty, and here’s the scoop, all you get is the snowman’s poop!”

Relationship on Facebook.
It’s a lot of reasons with I think that this is awkward. It is awkward then someone asks to be in a Facebook relationship with you on Facebook and you don’t really feel like you are there yet. This is even more awkward when the person that asked just removes it after a couple of days.

It’s awkward when you are in a relationship and then you end the Facebook relationship.  I have four reasons why that is awkward. One, if the person you were in a relationship with, passed away. That is awkward, because of the friends that comment, either 1. “NICE, now ,we can go out!” or 2. “What a jerk, you deserve better!”. Two, if the couple that broke up argue on the status. Especially when they start to have heated arguments about their sex life. Three, when one of the two don’t know that they are breaking up before; Derp went from “In a relationship” to “Single”, then the not knowing-one comments on the status, something about how confused they are about this status. That is also awkward when someone goes from being “In a relationship” to “It’s complicated”. For the same reason. Four, when people comment; “What happened?”, do people really think they will tell you on a Facebook status.

Yup, awkward.

It is awkward when people share EVERY little detail of their day on Facebook. I don’t care if you are “At school” or “Taking a dump”. You don’t have to tell me what you ate for breakfast. We do not need to know that you went for a jog. It’s just not interesting to me that you are getting dressed or showering..

It is awkward when someone writes on their Facebook status that someone close to them passed away. I know because I did this a couple of weeks ago. I wrote “Rip, great-grandfather. Hope you get your long-awaited rest ♥”, yes I see that just writing that on my status is awkward, but what is more awkward, I think, is that people LIKED this status. Is it normal to like statuses when people talk about their dead family? 11 people liked this.. Is that weird or is it just me? (Yes, the heart is super awkward too)

When you write something sarcastic and kinda funny, then someone thinks that I was seriously and write long, and super awkward comments back, yelling at you. Even worst if more people join in on the “conversation” and debate it. Because I agree with the first person, because it was sarcastic, but the other person is “defend my honor”, that is so awkward to write that you were sarcastic then.

It’s awkward when parents and grandparents get Facebook, but don’t really know how it works, so they send messages to the wrong people and write private stuff on their statuses instead of sending it on a message to someone. It is also awkward when grandparents comment on your status. My grandmother is on Facebook, she yelled at my sister for swearing. I think that is super awkward.
